Placement Cell

The Placement and Training Cell of the Institute is provided with all the facilities for providing guidance and training in order to enable the deserving students to get competitive placement. The Training and Placement Cell at AIT amis at training and placing the canddates in suitable positions in various organizations. This includes both IT and Core companies.

In order to increase the employability skills among the students and to uphold the capability of candidates to clear the campus interviews, pre-placement training was conducted for a span of 10 days for final year BE students, which covered all the rounds of campus interview process. There were close to 270 eligible students who made use of this training program. These progras helped the student in being competitive and clear the written tests and further rounds of interviews. Other skill development and training programs were conducted, including address by the alumni. This was with the purview of incresing the employability skills among the students.

Several companies visited the college and hired the students across different branches of engineering. To mention few:

In addition to this, the Placement cell conducted induction program for the first year BE, MBA and BBM students. Renowned and well qualified trainer Mr. B.D. Sharma conducted 2 days induction and personality development program for each of the sections of the above courses.

In addition to this, a in-house Soft skill and Personality develoment training is being introduced to all the sections of I year and 6th semester BE students by Mrs. Akshatha Devangi to develop the skill necessary for the placement activities.

The Placement Cells also conducted passport mela for the students of AIT to facilitate them in getting the same.
